Franchise biography
Geoff McGregor moved to Ormeau/Pimpama region in 1987 and decided to enter the Real Estate Industry in 1991 initially as a sales consultant for a locally based office.
The opportunity soon arose for Geoff to establish his own business at the Ormeau Station Shopping Centre. The ensuing years saw his business grow and flourish to such an extent that Geoff found it was a necessity to join one of the major franchise groups in order to access systems and support for himself and his staff so as to provide a superior service to his clients,
Geoff chose to join the Harcourts Group and established Harcourts Ormeau in 1999. Geoff was then able to set up satellite offices as well as acquiring franchise areas at Norfolk Village Shopping Centre, Jacobs Well, Coomera and Hope Island. This network within a network has enjoyed great success for Geoff, his staff and his clients.
